Turning, milling, drilling, grinding operations are performed in Fivex in a 1,000 sq m building.
For TURNING we use the following equipment:
1 x DMG – CNC lathe, Ø 465 x 1100
1 x WMW – front lathe Ø1100×350
2 x GRAZIOLI – conventional turning machines, Ø 800 x 3000
Maximum dimensions of turned products:
Ø 465mm, L1100mm – CNC turning
Ø800mm, L 2500mm – conventional turning
MILLING is performed using:
1x TOS – CNC milling and drilling, X = 3500, Y = 2000, Z = 2000
2 x DMG – CNC vertical milling centers; X = 1035, Y = 600, Z = 550
1 x FU – conventional cutter up to 1000x500x500
Maximum dimensions of milled products:
x / y / z: 3500/2000/2000 mm – CNC
x / y / x: 1000/500/500 mm – conventional max
SURFACE GRINDING is done with the help of 1 x NAPOMAR – Surface grinding machine, 1000×300, on parts of maximum L 1000mm, l 250, h 350.
THREADING is always successful when using a machine with pneumatic thread provided: 1 x THREAD
